OUR RETURNS POLICY

You can return any items to us within 28 days of receiving your order. In order for a refund or exchange to be issued, products must be returned in a resalable condition, in the original packaging with the original labels attached. Please note that for items purchased in our limited time pop-up store all sales are final, and exchanges will be made for faulty merchandise only.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

To return an item, please follow the instructions on the return slip present in the parcel you received. Should you lose your return label, please contact info@thecoopercollection.lc for a replacement. Any products returned without the returns label cannot be processed.

NB: Products returns are free of charge.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend you obtain proof of postage as evidence of your return. On receipt at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to the account used for payment of the order. We reserve the right to refuse returned products that do not satisfy the requirements set out.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

You can also exchange any items within 28 days of receiving your order. You will need to return your item to us, and state on the returns form the exchange that you require.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?

If you have to return products due to a defect or an error on our part, please contact info@thecoopercollection.lc for instructions on the applicable procedure. Failure to do so means that we will be unable to refund your return delivery costs.

DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED?

Delivery will take no longer than one week to arrive from your online purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express delivery.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY/SHIPPING COST?

Delivery is free of charge.

WHERE DOES THE COOPER COLLECTION DELIVER TO?

The Cooper Collection delivers globally.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Lee Cooper accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club, Paypal.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, however if the order has already been processed, you must wait until the item has been delivered and return using our returns slip in your delivery.
